» ECONOMY SERVICE	Your package is picked up and delivered within approximately two-three hours of your call. This service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday. All orders after 2:30 p.m. are on rush service.
» RUSH SERVICE	Your package is picked up and delivered within approximately 60-90 minutes of your call.
» DIRECT SERVICE	Your package is picked up and delivered to its destination by the first available driver, with no stops made in between. Pricing is provided upon request.
» LONG DISTANCE SERVICE	Service outside the metropolitan area is available for zip codes not listed on our rate sheet. Pricing is provided upon request.
» DOCK-HIGH SERVICE	Standard dock-high service is available.
» INCLEMENT WEATHER	All services on these days are billed as per rush service. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
» WAITING TIME	All orders should be ready for pickup when called in. Time spent waiting for a package to be picked-up or dropped off will be charged at a rate of $5.00 per 10 minute increments (after the first. 10 minutes).
» FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE	Rush service only; a surcharge of $5.00 will be applied.
» PROOF OF DELIVERY	A proof of delivery will be provided upon request.

Quoted times are approximate. Due to circumstances beyond our control, no guarantee of delivery within a specified time can be made. However, your delivery is important to us and we will make every effort to ensure it reaches its destination quickly and securely.

Ontime Express, Inc. offers a billing cycle that is bi-weekly with net 15 terms. Invoices typically display information such as billing reference and job numbers, as provided by the customer. Additional information can be added upon request.

Any claims must be made in writing within 30 days. All shipments valued over $250 must be declared at the time of shipment. These high value shipments are subject to a surcharge of $0.70 per $100.00 valuation to cover insurance costs.
